8. XMVA09 Gene Therapy IIT for Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration (wAMD)

Research Focus: IIT clinical study conducted at The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, enrolling patients with wAMD

Indication: Neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD)
Research Focus: IIT clinical study in which the first subject achieved a 12-letter improvement in best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) at 20 weeks after dosing

Subsequent Progress: IIT data supported NMPA IND approval in February 2024
