  • Through a strategic partnership and co-development with Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI), our high-throughput, barcoded AAV capsid panels enable rapid, cost-efficient capsid selection using a proven model that delivers both DNA and RNA readouts for simultaneous analysis of AAV entry and expression—dramatically accelerating AAV-based gene therapy development.

    Our kit’s unique barcode system accommodates hundreds of capsids in a single panel, available as:

    • Pre-selected Tissue Tropism Panels with optimized natural serotypes and engineered variants for superior tissue-specific performance.
    • Full Capsid Screening Panels for comprehensive evaluation of all available capsids in a single experiment.
    • Customizable Panels from a vast pool of capsids—including exclusive CMRI and PackGene candidates—tailored to your payloads and experimental models.

    Each vector is individually produced, pre-quantified, and pooled at equimolar ratios, with barcodes inserted into the 3′ untranslated region of a standardized reporter cassette. This enables multiplexed NGS-based quantification of both physical  (DNA) and functional (RNA) transduction efficiency—reducing time, cost, and variability compared to traditional reporter assays, and quickly revealing the most clinically relevant AAV vectors.

This enables rapid, unbiased, and cost-effective screening of dozens to hundreds of AAV variants simultaneously. Further customization in vector design, including promoter and reporter gene selection, is supported by our Ph.D level technical team.
