Description
The DLin-MC3 LNP formulation, containing enhanced green fluorescent protein mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid DLin-MC3. The cargo, EGFP mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, EGFP mRNA generates enhanced green fluorescent protein, which emits fluorescence at 507nm upon excitation at 488nm. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors. This formulation acts as a reliable control for evaluating the suitability of the DLin-MC3 LNP formulation for your mRNA product in both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
