Description
The ALC-0315 LNP formulation, containing firefly luciferase mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid ALC-0315. The cargo, Fluc mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, Fluc mRNA generates firefly luciferase, which emits bioluminescence upon interacting with its substrate, Luciferin. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors.
