The 306-O12B LNP formulation, containing firefly luciferase mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid 306-O12B. The cargo, Fluc mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, Fluc mRNA generates firefly luciferase, which emits bioluminescence upon interacting with its substrate, Luciferin.
