The guaranteed titer of PackGene is 1E+13GC/ml as default, while we may also concentrate the titer if you need higher titer, but the highest titer is suggested no higher than 5E+13GC/ml for normal-yield AAV prep due to the proneness to aggregation. For low-yield AAV preps, the highest titer is suggested no higher than 1E+13GC/ml.
